Conducting HomeRoom
From next week, I was told that I try to conduct a Homeroom in the morning for about 15 minutes two times a week as a teaching practice.
First, I made a presentation about my self such as my university life, Japanese events, and seasons using Canva slides.
By introducing a few simple quizzes in the presentation, students seemed to be interested in the contents.
Second, I knew that they liked Japanese animation and recommended places, so I created slides adding some games.
I was able to improve the presentation by adjusting the difficulty level and the amount of information based on their reactions.

On the final day for me, I conducted one English lesson for Grade 4 students.

During the 40-minute session, I carried out two pre-planned activities.
The first was a karuta (card-matching) game, and the second was a group activity, involving the creation of an original story.

Outcomes
Original Story
This is a worksheet containing an original story created by a group of students.
On the left side of the sheet is a list of English vocabulary words that the students learned over the course of a month, based on the textbook used in class.
Students worked in groups of four or five to write a story, selecting words from the list as many as possible.
Each groups tried to share ideas actively and created an unique story. There were some grammatical errors, but I was amazed by the students' originality.
Karuta
I created cards painted popular characters, foods, and famous landmarks from both Japan and Thailand, and distributed them to each group.
I then read out the characteristics of a specific illustration in English and instructed the students to grab the card that matched that description.
All the teams got excited, and it appeared they were really enjoying the karuta game.
